They stock a curated range of verified global brands including Vantrue, Garmin, Blackvue, Osram, Philips, Samsung, KYB, Bilstein, and Meguiar's — with a strict zero-counterfeit guarantee.
The Challenge
Bullion Auto's growing catalogue — spanning dashcams, 4K SD cards, LED headlight kits, suspension components, and car cosmetics — demanded a POS and inventory system capable of handling high SKU variety, multi-payment processing (M-Pesa, bank transfer), and professional branded invoicing that matched their premium market positioning.
What We Built
We designed and developed a full-stack retail management solution tailored to Bullion Auto's operations. The system covers end-to-end sales processing, real-time inventory tracking across product categories, customer records management, and a WhatsApp-integrated ordering workflow. Three custom invoice templates — Gold Sovereign, Gold Strike, and Bullion Dark — were built to reflect the brand's black-and-gold identity, with support for VAT, discount lines, payment records, barcode/QR printing, and full print fidelity across browsers.
